Woman being held hostage, escapes through quick thinking

Three men take a woman hostage early Saturday morning.

Tulsa police say they made her drive to an ATM inside a Kum & Go.

The call went out around 5:30 a.m.

Police say the victim drove one of the suspects to the store located near 25th and Harvard. She told officers he pointed a gun at her the whole way.

The other two suspects followed in a getaway vehicle.

Police say the suspect accompanying the victim left his gun in the car while the pair went into the store. Once inside, the woman spotted a security guard and was able to tip him off.

This scared off the suspects, who got away with only money from her purse.

Police didn't release a description of the three men.
