Wife arrested in stabbing death of husband

Bartlesville police take 33-year-old Stacy Ann Thompson into custody for the stabbing death of her husband.

Police say they received a call around 1:45 a.m. Sunday morning.  Officers believe the call may have come from the husband, Richard Thompson.

When police arrived on the scene, they found Richard on the front yard. 

Officers say he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Witnesses informed police the couple could be heard arguing before the incident occurred. 

Ann faces a count of first-degree murder.
