Witches, ghosts and vampires will soon be roaming the streets looking for candy.
KRMG asked the experts when the sweet spot is for trick-or-treating.
Officer Craig Murray is the Tulsa Police Department's traffic safety coordinator. He recommends trick-or-treating at dusk. Murray says, "5:30 to 7:30, maybe 8 o'clock is probably the best witching hour."
Officer Murray believes that timeframe works best no matter the age. Murray says, "The younger kids can get out there a little bit before it gets too bad. For those older groups that get out there, they can stay out a little bit."
As for when its time to call it quits, Officer Murray recommends all the little ghouls and goblins be home by 8 or 8:30.
