Wednesday evening earthquake shakes western Oklahoma

To be exact, the earthquake struck a few miles south of Medford, Okla.

Typically, any quake over a 3.0 magnitude is able to be felt by people, so this is a big enough quake to be felt by people in the area.

Usually an earthquake of that size won’t do any damage. And there have been no reports of damage with this one.
