Today, April 19th, 207, marks the 22nd anniversary of the Oklahoma City bombing.
168 people died in the blast, hundreds were injured.
Timothy McVeigh was responsible for detonating a truck bomb outside the Murrah Federal building. McVeigh was sentenced to death and was executed in 2001.
A co-conspirator, Terry Nichols, is serving a life sentence for his role in the bombing.
A key witness in the case, Michael Fortier, took a plea deal and is now out of prison. He’s said to be living in witness protection now.
