Towels.
Drying off seemed to be more popular than television’s or other electronics.
Walmart sold right at 2 million TV’s on Black Friday but 2.8 million towels flew out the doors.
Walmart says one of the biggest reasons had to be a couple of their special deals. A six pack of washcloths were a bargain basement $1.74, leading the huge retailer to sell a million more towels than last year.
There was even some pushing and shoving over the great deals. Cornell professor Louis Hyman told NBC news fighting over towels is "pretty outrageous."
"It's something that you imagine most people have. It's not the equivalent of a Cabbage Patch Doll. They're not fighting over a PS4. They're fighting over towels," he commented.
Among the other hot items were electronic tablets. Walmart sold 1.4 million of those on Black Friday.
