A judge has approved a preliminary settlement of a lawsuit filed on behalf of thousands of women and girls who were secretly photographed or videotaped by a gynecologist at Johns Hopkins Health System in Baltimore.
The medical center has agreed to pay the victims $190 million.
Dr. Nikita Levy was fired last year and killed himself days later.
