A lawyer for the family of a man who died outside an Oklahoma movie theater during an incident with police released video of the incident.
Forty-four-year-old Luis Rodriguez died earlier this month after a confrontation with police outside the theater in Moore.
Police have said Rodriguez became uncooperative when questioned.
His family says police approached them when his wife and daughter were fighting.
Rodriguez's wife says he was trying to break up the fight when police started beating him.
The Oklahoma Medical Examiner's Office is looking into the cause of death.
The Moore police chief says he's seen the video and stands by his officers.
Three officers involved in the incident have been placed on administrative leave and the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is now investigating.
