Bed bugs could be back at the downtown Library. An employee at the Tulsa Central Library noticed a suspicious bug.
Library COO Laurie Sundborg tells KRMG that they're calling in Miss Liberty Belle again.
Miss Liberty Belle is a bedbug sniffing dog that helped diagnose a bed bug infestation at the library that KRMG told you about in July.
The specially-trained dog will sniff around after hours this Saturday. Sundborg tells KRMG that the library won't treat anything until Miss Liberty Belle can investigate as any treatment could impair her sniffing ability.
The Central Library was closed for several days in mid-July after bedbugs were discovered on some furniture on the library's third floor. That furniture was disposed of as aprt of the cleaning process at the library.
