Police say a woman was killed in the northbound lanes of Highway 169, just before the I-244 exit, Thursday afternoon.
Investigators on the scene tell KRMG a man was driving the Chevy Cavalier and may have been messing around with the woman in the passenger seat.
The couple might have been kissing when the driver went to change lanes.
The man suddenly noticed he was about to hit a motorcycle and overcorrected.
The car ended up slamming into a concrete barrier.
Officers say the woman was ejected and the car landed on top of her.
The woman was pronounced dead on the scene. The man was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
The motorcyclist wasn't harmed.
Police aren't releasing the victim's names until all of the family members have been notified.
