Tulsa, Okla. - A shooting victim dies during surgery Sunday morning.
Tulsa police say 28-year-old Brad Lyles was shot in the torso at the Western Pines Apartments near 23rd and Southwest Boulevard. The call went out around 2:00.
Several people heard the gunshots, but nobody saw the shooter. So, police say they don't have any information regarding a suspect.

This is the 38th homicide in Tulsa for 2013.
The 37th homicide was Friday night during a fight between a man and a woman in front of three children.
Officers were called to the Meadows Apartments at 31st and S. Garnett just after 5:00.
EMSA paramedics and TFD firefighters performed life saving measures on the victim, 23-year-old Ashley Brizendine, but could not resuscitate her.
Police tell KRMG that there was an infant and two toddlers inside the apartment at the time of the emergency call.
Also present was the suspect, 23-year-old Brian Xavier Harris.
Investigators tell KRMG that Brizendine and Harris lived together and were the parents of the 3 children in the apartment.
Sgt. Dave Walker says it appears as if Brizendine was strangled to death.
The cause and manner of death will be determined by the Oklahoma Medical Examiners Office.
