UPDATE: Shooting victim dies at hospital, two suspects arrested

Police got a call about a possible shooting shortly after 4:30 Monday morning.

The caller was uncooperative and only gave an approximate address of Harvard and Xyler.

Officers say the caller hung up before the scene could be located.

Then, two hours later, the same person called back with more details that could only be known by someone at the scene.

Thirty minutes later a man showed up at St. John Hospital with a gunshot wound to the head.

Police say the victim, Isaac Wogu, was dropped off.

Wogu died from his wounds at 9:00 a.m.

Two people were arrested.

Judah Cummisky and Sasha Varnell live at the home that the caller identified.

Police believe Wogu was shot inside the house and someone tried to clean up the scene.

Investigators say Cummisky was the shooter and Varnell was an accessory.

The investigation is leaning towards a third person involved in a fight with Wogu and Cummisky.

This is the ninth murder in Tulsa for 2014.
