Update: Missing man declared dead in boat accident

Update: An Oklahoma City man missing in a boating accident on Thursday has been found dead.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol say Gary McIninch's body was recovered Saturday evening 400 yards North of the shore.

Troopers are still searching for the driver of a ski boat involved in the three boat accident at Lake Eufaula.

Troopers are still searching for the driver of a ski boat involved in the three boat accident at Lake Eufaula.

The hit and run boating accident happened around 10 p.m. near Eufaula Cove.

OHP say two boats were struck by the ski boat.  This caused the victim to fall out of his boat.

The ski boat driver checked on the two boats and then took off.
