Tulsa, Okla. - Update: The fate of a man accused of killing two people at a Tulsa park has now been turned over to the jury.
Court records show prosecutors rested on Friday in the trial of 21-year-old Darren Price and the jury will return early Monday afternoon to begin deliberating.
Price is accused of fatally shooting Ethan Nichols and Carissa Horton at Hicks Park, back in Sept. of 2012.
Original: The two suspects accused of killing a couple in a Tulsa park are now charged with first degree murder.
The bodies of 18-year-old Carisa Horton and 21-year-old Ethan Nichols were found by a couple walking their dog in Hicks Park last month near 31st and Mingo.
Police tracked down 19-year-old Darren Price and 21-year-old Jerard Davis the same day.
Investigators say the men each blamed the other for making the couple get on their knees before shooting them execution style.
The shooting was part of a robbery.
Police say the victims were randomly chosen.
