TULSA, Okla. - A judge decided to unseal the documents on Susie Canady, a material witness in the quadruple homicide that occurred Monday, January 7th, at Fairmont Terrace Apartments.
According to court documents, Canady was arrested on January 11th.
Tulsa Count District Attorney Tim Harris originally asked for the documents to be sealed to protect Canady.
After 32-year-old Cedric Dwayne Poore and 39-year-old James Stanford Poore were arrested, court documents say the threat was no longer a concern.
23-year-old twin sisters Rebeika Powell and Kayetie Melchor, 33-year-old Misty Nunley and 55-year-old Julie Jackson were lined up and shot execution-style inside an apartment..
Both men were said to live in the Fairmont Terrace Apartments where the quadruple murder occured.
