Tulsa, Okla. - Update: A man accused of stealing and spying on a neighbor has been charged.
Tulsa court records show Carlos Perez was charged on Wednesday with three counts of peeping Tom.
Maintenance workers found stolen goods in an attic above the victim's home last week. They also found little holes drilled into the victim's ceiling.

Tulsa police say Carlos Perez was taken into custody near 41st and Garnett around 7:45 p.m.
The maintenance men were up in the attack installing lights when they made a disturbing discovery. They found women's panties, a wig, pepper spray, pornography, documents, and a knife. Plus, there were holes so somebody could see down into the apartments.
Police say the only way into the attic was through the victim's place or Perez's apartment. Since the panties and documents belonged to the victim, police checked on Perez.
After being questioned, Perez admitted to drilling the holes, stealing panties, and taking the documents.
Police say he had lived in the same apartment for four years. There is no word on how long he could have been peeping on his neighbor.
He's currently in the Tulsa County Jail. Police say he's on the hold list for ICE.
