Tulsa woman found dead in Keystone Lake

Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers are investigating a fatal incident at the Keystone Dam.

Troopers tell KRMG that 42-year-old Monica Hudspeth crashed her 2006 Dodge Stratus on the north side of the dam sometime overnight.

Troopers say Hudspeth survived the wreck and started walking along the edge of the dam. While Hudspeth was walking along the edge of the dam, troopers believe she slipped on a rock hit her head and fell into the water.

Investigators aren't sure if Hudspeth drowned or if her head injury killed her.

Troopers tekk KRMG that Hudspeth just turned 42 yesterday.
