Broken Arrow Police arrested a Tulsa school teacher on suspicion of drunk driving.
Broken Arrow Police tell us someone called them last Saturday, reporting that a car was being driven erratically.
We're told the caller reported that the driver was headed into oncoming traffic and drove off the road at one point.
An officer spotted the car and stopped the driver.
He noticed she smelled like alcohol and had a small child in the backseat who was not wearing a seatbelt.
That's when the officer arrested 41-year old Kathy Boen on suspicion of child endangerment, driving under the influence and not using a child restraint.
We're told Boen registered a .30 on her blood alcohol test where .o8 is the legal limit.
