A Tulsa man is behind bars during a child abuse investigation.
Tulsa Police tell us that 24-year old Phillip Hudson Junior was arrested Tuesday after a five-year old boy told school authorities that his stepfather beat him with a board.
Police told the News On 6 that Hudson confessed to using a taser to burn the boy about 20 times.
We're told Hudson is the ex-boyfriend of the boy's mother.
