Tulsa Police cancel Amber Alert for 1-year-old girl

UPDATE:

The Tulsa Police Department tells KRMG it is cancelling the Amber Alert for Katori Smith.

Police have developed information that Katori is no longer in danger and this incident may be part of a custody issue. The investigation continues.

From the Oklahoma Highway Patrol:

AMBER ALERT HAS BEEN CANCELLED/  ABDUCTOR IS AN NON CUSTODIAL PARENT/  THIS IS NOW A MISSING PERSON ISSUE

The Tulsa Police Department issued an Amber Alert for 1 year-old, Katori Smith mixed race female. Katori was last seen at approximately 1515 hrs at 1500 N. Peoria Av as she was taken by suspect, Charlie Wilson, 36 year-old I/M.

Police canceled the alert around 7:30.
Wilson was last seen wearing blue shirt w/ horizontal stripes, dark blue jeans and a ball cap. He is supposed to have a lot of tattoos. He was driving a 90's Model Maroon Chevy Caprice (Unknown tag) with either an OU sticker in the back window or on the back of the trunk.
Katori was last seen wearing baby blue shirt w/brown sleeves, brown pants, and black leopard print shoes.
Anyone with information on Katori’s wearabouts is asked to contact Tulsa Police at 596-AMBR
