Tulsa murder suspect arrested in Bartlesville for burglary

A man police connect to a Tulsa homicide has landed behind bars in Bartlesville.

BPD arrested Keenan Davis on suspicion of burglary early Monday.

He gave the name Keenan Burkhalter, but detectives couldn't confirm the name and so contacted the TPD homicide department after comparing him with the description of Keenan Davis based on media reports.

Det. Sgt. Dave Walker of TPD homicide confirmed to KRMG that they did talk with Davis July 25 regarding the July 14 murder of Brad Lyles at a west Tulsa apartment complex.

Det. Walker says Davis remains a suspect in the murder of Lyles, but they do not have enough evidence yet to arrest him in that case.
