Tulsa man jailed, suspected of killing locksmith

A man suspected of killing a locksmith on October 1st, 2013, is now in the Tulsa County Jail.

Tulsa police had been looking for 22-year old Dewayne Fulsom since October 4th, three days after 21-year old Sebastian Geiger was shot to death at the Beckett Ridge Apartments near 51st and Memorial.
Fulsom was arrested yesterday.
We're told that Geiger had responded to the apartments to unlock a car on the parking lot, but when it came time to pay, an argument started over the price.

Investigators say Geiger pulled a gun on the customer, who also had a gun and shots were fired.

Geiger was taken to the hospital where he died.
Fulsom is being held without bond on charges of first degree murder and shooting with intent to kill.
