A Tulsa man is arrested on a complaint of assault with a deadly weapon in regards to a gun going off in October.
Court records show 20-year-old Jacob Daniel See was charged on Monday.
An arrest report states See and his roommate were playing with a gun and it went off, hitting but not killing the roommate.
The incident occurred on October 1 at the Creekwood Apartments near 81st and Memorial.
TPD says both men thought the .45-caliber assault rifle wasn't loaded when it was discharged.
