Tulsa man accused of firing gunshot during fight near 81st and Memorial

A Tulsa man is accused of firing a gun from a moving vehicle and possession of controlled drugs.

Tulsa police got numerous phone calls about 7 p.m. Tuesday reporting a fight on a parking lot near 81st and Memorial that had moved out into the street.

We're told 24-year old Mickey Toh fired a gun several times near the scene, then took off.

But an officer who was making a traffic stop near 71st and Mingo saw Toh throw a pistol out of the car.

Toh then pulled over and was arrested by the officer.

Toh faces several charges, including assault with a deadly weapon, possession of controlled drugs and possession of a gun after a felony conviction.
