Truck collision with moose lights sky with fireworks

The accident shut down a major highway for nearly six hours as the sky lit up with the cargo.

The truck was delivering several kinds of goods but the fireworks inside were set up when the gas tanks ruptured, causing a fire.

Fire fighters had to be cautious and keep themselves safe as they tried to pump water from the side of the road to help fight the blaze.

The truck was a total loss burning all the way down to the frame during the incident.

No one in the truck was hurt, no report on the fate of the moose.
