Toddlers found in home with feces, urine

Officers get called out to a home near W. 61st and Union on Wednesday and can see right away two toddlers were endangered.

Tulsa police say Nikcole Eash took a while to answer the door.  Once she did, the smell of urine and feces rushed out of the home.

The suspect was arrested after officers found urine, feces, and stale food all over the place.  Police say the officers could tell the toddlers had been living in those conditions for months.  

Eash got herself into more trouble when she asked officers to find her inhaler.  Police say instead of finding her inhaler, they found her drug paraphernalia.

The toddlers are now in a safe place.  No word on if they were given to DHS or a family member.

Eash is currently in the Tulsa County Jail.
