TULSA - Tulsa police detectives have arrested three 17-year-olds in connection with the murder of a Texas man outside a Papa John's restaurant early Saturday morning.
An SUV was seen on surveillance photos leaving the scene of the murder of 53-year-old Robert Horton.
Detectives then went through volumes of police reports of vehicles matching the description.
Officers determined that the vehicle closely resembled a 2002 Saturn Vue.
They released that and a list of potential suspects to officers across the area.
At 1:30 Monday morning, a cop spotted the SUV and two of the suspects near 41st and Harvard and pulled them over.
Two of the teens had warrants out for their arrests.
The 15-year-old driver was questioned and released.
Later, a 17 year old suspect was transported to detective division and interviewed.
Police arrested Frankie Jackson, Jermaine Savory and Damian Anderson for First-Degree murder.
Cops believe the teens were looking for someone to rob when they spotted Horton unloading a truck near 15th and Delaware.
