A warrant has been issued for a witness in the double shooting at a Tulsa Best Buy in July.
Prosecutors say 20-year old Shania Craven was a witness to the shooting that killed 34-year-old Scott Dewayne Norman and 58-year-old Graydon Wesley Brown.
The two men were shot in the middle of the afternoon at the midtown Tulsa store.
Police believe Norman was targeted by gang members in retaliation for another murder.
Brown was an innocent bystander.
His family says he was shopping with his daughter.
Brown's sister Gracelyn tells KRMG her brother was looking at DVD's as a gift for his wife when he was shot.
Shortly after the shooting, Craven was tracked down in the car believed to be the getaway vehicle.
Craven was arrested as an accessory to murder, but was let go when no charge was filed.
Detectives believe she may have left the state.
Willie Wise and Jeremy Foster are each charged with two-counts of First-Degree
Murder and have pleaded not guilty.
