Suspect wanted in 2017 homicide No. 44

Tulsa, Okla. — The search is on for a suspect in Tulsa's 44th homicide for the year 2017.

Tulsa police want to find Emari Jordan.

He is wanted in the shooting death of 26-year old Denerrious Hopkins Monday night.

Hopkins was shot around 10:30 p.m. on the parking lot of the Turley Food Express on East 56 Street North.

We're told the suspect got out of a vehicle and fired at least five shots before driving away.

Hopkins died at the hospital.

Witnesses were unable to describe the shooter or his vehicle.
