Suspect steals police car in East Tulsa

A 36-year-old suspect slips her handcuffs to the front and steals a Tulsa police car.

The scene happened around 12:20 a.m. this morning near 33rd and Memorial.

A police supervisor tells us a traffic stop was conducted and Angie Frost was put into the police car. While the officer was outside getting information, Frost pulled her magic trick, moved to the driver's seat and took off.

No pursuit happened, as police couldn’t get close enough.

However, an officer spotted her abandoning the vehicle on East 41st Street. She was quickly tracked down on foot.

Frost has been booked into the Tulsa County Jail.
