Tulsa, Okla. - UPDATED 11:13 PM
Tulsa Police have released the name of the driver who was shot multiple times in a shooting in North Tulsa last night.
Adrian Campbell, an African American man, had emergency surgery done at St. Francis Hospital.
Currently he is in stable condition.
TPD is still looking for the passenger that got out of Campbell's car and used a shot gun to fire on people in a house located at 1135 North Boston Place.
TPD obtained a search warrant and recovered evidence that the occupants fired back on Campbell and the passenger with an assault rifle from the house into the street.
The motive for the shooting is still unknown.
Tulsa officers responded to a shooting call Saturday night near Marshall and North Boston.
Police say when they arrived at the scene around 7:15 p.m., they found an unidentified male victim.
Officers were told a man walked up the victim, aimed a rifle right at him, and fired multiple times. The victim was hit at least once.
Police say the unidentified suspect then took off running.
The victim was transported to an area hospital. Police haven't released the condition of the victim.
