Suspect found holding marijuana on bean bag chair

It didn't take Tulsa deputies long to find what they were looking for on Tuesday while serving a search warrant.

Deputies say they arrived at a home near East Apache and North Lewis, and the door was open.  They could see Deon Minor sitting on a bean bag chair, and he was holding a bag of marijuana.

Once inside the house, deputies also spotted a loaded rifle and crack cocaine sitting beside him.

Deputies say they went to arrest Minor, but he started to inch toward the gun.

They ordered him to stop, and he changed his mind about moving toward the gun.

After searching the home, deputies found 77 grams of crack cocaine, in addition to marijuana, paraphernalia, and the gun.

Minor was taken to the Tulsa County Jail.

He faces multiple counts including trafficking drugs and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
