Suspect breaks into shop, tries to set fires

A man believed to be high on K2 or bath salts was caught breaking into a tire shop Thursday morning.

Tulsa police say employees showed up to work near Pine and Lewis, and found Billy Henderson breaking into a truck.  He then went under the truck and tried to light it on fire.

The rain prevented his attempt at catching the vehicle on fire.

He then attempted to light a Mexican flag on fire.  Police say the rain caused him to fail once again.

Henderson ended his list of crimes by breaking glass windows at the rear of the store.

While Henderson was committing his rampage, employees did call 911.  Police say they would have been out at the scene earlier, but there was a language barrier problem between the caller and 911.

Henderson is now in the Tulsa County Jail. He faces multiple counts including burglary and attempted arson.
