A convenience store clerk witnesses a man exiting the woman's bathroom Tuesday morning.
Tulsa deputies say a few moments later, the clerk started to smell smoke.
When fire crews arrived at the Maveric Mini-Mart near East 63rd and North Peoria, it didn't take them long to realize the bathroom fire was arson.
Crews determined somebody had set the wall mounted soap dispenser on fire.
The clerk informed deputies Billy Hamblin had exited the bathroom just moments before the smoke was noticed.
Deputies tracked down Hamblin pretty quickly. He actually returned to the scene of the crime a short time later.
He's currently in the Tulsa County Jail. Hamblin faces a count of arson.
