Chickasha school suspends a five-year-old student after he makes a gun gesture with his hand at another student.
A school employee confirms the incident happened on December 20th. This was just days after the deadly Connecticut school shooting.
The student used his fingers to make a shooting motion. A school employee couldn't tell me who saw the student make the gesture.
The five-year-old was suspended from school for one day.
There is no set rule for what gestures warrant a suspension. The school employee says they couldn't comment on if the mass shooting played a part in the suspension. They said each case is looked at on an individual basis.
