Status report expected today in Bixby rape case

We have updated information regarding a Bixby rape case involving high school football players.

A Tulsa newspaper reports the state’s multi-county grand jury is now investigating the case.

Multiple witnesses, including members of the football team, were present yesterday.  A "gag order" is in place, so nobody could talk about what happened.

We do know a status report is due out today.  This is the last day the grand jury will meet this month.
