Snow expected in Tulsa area by Sunday afternoon

It might be a good idea to find a warm place to be by Sunday afternoon.

National Weather Service out of Tulsa say a snow and sleet mix should begin by middle afternoon.  The snow and sleet is expected to continue into Monday.

Temperatures will stay low all day Sunday.  NWS say the high is expected to be near 32 degrees.

On Monday, temperatures will rise to a high of 38 degrees.  Still, freezing drizzle is expected.

There is some good news.  NWS say there isn't expected to be much accumulation and everything will be out of the area by Tuesday.
