Smoke, fire damages electronics business early Friday

Tulsa firefighters were on the scene of a building fire on East 46th Place near South Memorial Drive early Friday.

The fire was reported at 4:39 a.m. at Lektron LED Services at 7450 East 46th Place.

When firemen arrived they found heavy smoke coming from the roof.

They had to force their way inside the building where smoke had made it difficult to see where the fire had originated.

The fire was brought under control about twenty minutes later.

A fire investigator was called to the scene to determine how the fire started.

No one was injured.
