A juvenile is charged as a youthful offender on Friday for his part in the armed robbery of a U-Stop on July 21st.
Tulsa police say 17-year-old Chance Sanders and 20-year-old Juan Alvarez are accused of robbing the store. Also, 26-year-old Craig Middleton is accused of being a lookout.
Alvarez and Middleton have already been charged and are in the Tulsa County Jail.
Sanders was shot by an officer after the robbery. The teen refused to stop at the officers commands during a brief standoff and police say he was then shot.
The standoff happened at the Mohawk Manor apartments located near 36th and Lewis.
