A shooting victim is not helping police with their investigation.
Witnesses heard a gunshot about 6:15 p.m. Thursday and called 911, then police located a white car that reportedly had sped away from the scene at 1400 West Archer Street, near I-244 and the Sand Springs Expressway.
Tulsa Police Corporal J.J. Peters tells us officers located the car that "had a 22-year old black male inside with a gunshot wound to his rear end. At this point the victim is uncooperative with officers and the shooting is still under investigation."
The victim was treated and released at a hospital.
