Second call for letter with white powder in OKC in one day

Emergency crews responded to two calls for a suspicious white powdery substance on a letter Thursday afternoon in Oklahoma City.

Investigators were called to the United States Federal Courthouse near 4^th and Broadway about 3:30.

The FBI was on the scene, along with local cops and firefighters.

Earlier in the afternoon, investigators looked at a letter with white powder at the United States Attorney’s Office.

Tests showed the powder wasn't anthrax.
