Tulsa, Okla. - After a weekend filled with off-and-on downpours, and even some straight-line wind damage south of Tulsa, there's still a chance of some scattered showers and storms today, tonight, tomorrow, and tomorrow night.
"Unfortunately our chances of additional rain, if you missed out on the majority of it, is only 20 to 30 percent at any one given time," said News on 6 meteorologist Travis Meyer.
Trav says the moisture is wrapping around behind the system and dropping down into Oklahoma from Kansas and could bring the chance of those additional showers and storms.
He said rainfall amounts over the weekend varied across the region from about half-an-inch in some places to around 3 inches in the Tulsa area.
Downed power lines and tree branches were reported in the Jenks and Bixby areas on Sunday after severe thunderstorms moved through with straight-line winds that approached 70 miles per hour.
