Sat, Sept 23, 2017 — It turns out, Russian hackers did try to target the Oklahoma election system back in 2016.
However, the Oklahoma State Election Board were informed by the U.S. government that they were unsuccessful.
Homeland Security investigators linked "digital fingerprints" left behind in the system to multiple states.
For reference, 21 states were said to be impacted by the Russians.
