F-16 runs off the end of the runway at Tulsa International Airport

An F-16 ran off the end of a runway at Tulsa International Airport Tuesday morning.

Alexis Higgins with the Tulsa Airport Authority tells KRMG it happened about 10:20 a.m. as the plane was landing.

The pilot was not injured.

Air traffic was not delayed because of the incident, although weather delays around the country have affected several flights in Tulsa.

KRMG has called the Air National Guard to inquire further about the cause of the incident.
