Roads closed throughout Oklahoma due to flooding

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation has released a list of roads that are currently closed due to flooding and high water. Drivers are cautioned to heed warning signs and to not drive around barricades.

Road closings include:
Oklahoma City metro area
All interstates are open, but unnecessary travel is strongly discouraged as emergency crews continue to respond to tornado damage. Oklahoma Department of Transportation crews are working to clear debris from highways and drivers can expect temporary lane closures as storm cleanup continues.

Oklahoma County
Both directions of US-62 (N.E. 23rd St.) are closed between Sooner Rd. and Air Depot Blvd. due to high water.

Canadian County
Both directions of SH-66 are closed between Radio Rd. and Banner Rd. near El Reno in Canadian County due to downed power lines.
       
Lincoln County
SH-102 is closed to through traffic between SH-66 and US-62 in Lincoln County due to high water.

Okfuskee County
SH-48 is closed one mile south of I-40 near Okemah due to high water.

Okmulgee County
US-75B is closed at 4th St. in Henryetta due to high water.

Cherokee County
SH-80 is closed to thru traffic south of Hulbert due to high water.

Nowata County
SH-10 east of Lenapah remains closed due to high water.
