All of the rainfall that Tulsa gets is helping the drought situation, but it is not ending it.
National Weather Service meteorologist Chuck Hodges tells us that where the rainfall is measured at the airport, Tulsa rainfall remains deficient.
Hodges says for Thursday, Tulsa has received just a little over six-tenths of an inch of rain "and that still puts us at a little over 23 (inches) which is about still six inches below normal."
We're told Tulsa picked up another quarter of an inch of rain while early Friday morning.
