PSO: Power restored near 1100 South Lewis

PSO reports over 3,400 Tulsa customers were without electricity after a transformer blows out at a substation near 1200 South Zunis Avenue.

We're told the power was out from the University of Tulsa, south to 21st and west to Lewis Monday night.

Traffic control signals also were affected.

PSO says the power was back on as of 12:51 a.m. Tuesday.
