Police find meth, drugs in home with five children

Officers find five children in a home during a meth bust Thursday.

Tulsa police say they were welcomed into the home near 67th and Utica around 5 p.m.

The house had surveillance cameras.  Police say they also found meth and a gun laying on a bed in clear sight.

There were also five children under the age of 18 inside the home.

Michelle Mullins was taken into custody after officers found the meth.  She confessed to officers there was meth and additional guns in a safe.

Police say they found enough meth to arrest her for trafficking.

She was taken to the Tulsa County Jail.  Mullins faces multiple counts including possessing a firearm in the commission of a felony, trafficking meth, and the use of a security camera in the commission of a felony.

No word on if the children were taken into protective custody or if they were given to family members.
