Tulsa Police tell KRMG that the man likely stabbed someone in the house next door to his own.
Police are trying to communicate with the man verbally to convince him to surrender peacefully.
A rifle was found in the front yard, though nobody has been reported shot.
The suspect has been seen lighting items on fire and throwing them onto the front porch.
