Pimp sues Nike for $100 million

It seems the pimp didn’t know that stomping someone's face with an Air Jordan would hurt the stompee.

At least that’s what Sirgiorgio Clardy wants a jury to believe.

Clardy was sentenced to 100 years after attacking and robbing a man who refused to pay a hooker working for Clardy.

The Oregonion reports the man he jumped had injuries requiring plastic surgery.

The lawsuit asks for $100 million and blames Nike for not letting us all know that Air Jordan’s could be used as a weapon.

Clardy, who is acting as his own counsel says Nike “failed to warn of risk or to provide an adequate warning or instruction it has caused personal injury in the likes of mental suffering."

The state of Oregon allows for longer sentences when someone is convicted of using a dangerous weapon while committing a crime.

The Oregonian reports Clardy also beat an 18-year-old woman he forced to work for him as a prostitute.
